Return Policy: Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & accessories.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return an item, please email customer service at Fonalizeukltd@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and post your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return as we will not cover any lost or damaged device costs the customer will incur and is liable for these costs.

Please remember to do the following before returning your device:

  • Remove all security and parental locks
  • Remove your SIM cards
  • Remove Memory card (if applicable)
  • Remove your iCloud / Samsung / Google account
  • Back up and remove any personal data from your device

Failure to do so will lead to a delay in the processing of your return and/or prevent it from being processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • The device with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • If accessories or original packing are missing
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
